HR Generalist Staff (Experienced Hire)

At Santan Prima Bahari, we believe that people are the core of everything we do. Were looking for a people-oriented and passionate HR Staff to support end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, learning coordination, employee engagement, employer branding, and payroll administration.

1. Talent Acquisition
  • Publish job vacancies across recruitment platforms and social media

  • Assist in screening candidates and shortlisting for further process

  • Communicate with candidates to coordinate interviews and assessments

  • Help manage recruitment records and candidate database

2. Learning & Development Coordination
  • Support planning and execution of employee training (online/offline)

  • Coordinate schedules, venues, materials, and attendance

  • Assist in post-training documentation, attendance records, and feedback collection

  • Maintain basic training history data of employees

3. Culture & Wellness
  • Help prepare and execute engagement programs or company events

  • Encourage diversity & wellness programs that focus on employee well-being

  • Draft employee communications (e.g., announcements, newsletters)

  • Take photos/videos and write brief recaps of HR activities

  • Support survey distribution and analysis

4. Employer Branding Support
  • Contribute to social media content (e.g., job posts, event highlights)

  • Assist in basic content design using tools like Canva or CapCut

  • Help coordinate with external vendors (e.g., printing, creative support)

5. Payroll & HR Administration
  • Assist in collecting and verifying employee attendance and overtime data

  • Support monthly payroll processing and coordinate with Finance or Payroll system/vendor

  • Handle BPJS, taxes (PPh 21), and employee benefits documentation

  • Maintain and update employee data, files, and HR documentation

  • Support onboarding/offboarding logistics and documentation

โœ… Requirements:

Minimum Qualifications:

  • At least Bachelors degree in Psychology (ONLY)

  • Candidate MUST be able to speak English

  • A minimum 1 year of experience in HR generalist roles

  • Familiar with payroll components (e.g., BPJS, PPh 21 (Coretax), leave)

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel (able to handle formulas, tables)

  • Familiar with recruitment platforms like JobStreet

  • Able to use Canva/CapCut or willing to learn

  • Detail-oriented, organized, and reliable

  • Comfortable handling sensitive data and maintaining confidentiality
