Intermediate Interior Designer

Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and skilled 2D/3D Designer with 2-4 years of experience in interior consultancy (not design and build). The ideal candidate will be proficient in 2D drafting, 3D modelling, and rendering (preferably using Enscape). Youll work closely with the design team, clients, and vendors to develop design concepts, create detailed drawings and renderings, and help with project management from start to finish.

Responsibilities:

Design Development & Visualization:

• Create 2D drawings (floor plans, elevations, sections) and 3D models using AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.
• Produce high-quality renderings and virtual walkthroughs using Enscape to help clients visualize the designs.

Client Presentations:

• Prepare and present design presentations, mood boards, and material selections to clients.
• Incorporate client feedback and make necessary design adjustments.

Project Support:

• Help with project documentation, including specifications, material lists, and schedules.
• Track project timelines and assist in ensuring all tasks are completed on time.

Material & Product Selection:

• Research and recommend materials, finishes, and furnishings that fit the design.
• Create material boards and sample presentations for client approval.

Site Visits & Execution:

• Visit project sites to gather measurements, check conditions, and oversee installations.
• Ensure that design specifications are met during installation.

Collaboration:

• Work with senior designers, architects, and vendors to ensure project alignment.
• Provide support to junior team members and share your design knowledge.

Other Tasks:

• Assist in marketing tasks like styling, photography, and photoshoots when needed.
• Travel for business purposes (e.g., site visits, photoshoots).

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in interior consultancy (not design and build).
• Strong skills in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Enscape, and the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator).
• Proven ability to create 3D renderings and virtual walkthroughs.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• A passion for interior design and a keen eye for detail.
• Willingness to travel and work flexible hours when needed.

The office is located in Uluwatu, Bali.
