Deskripsi Pekerjaan:
- Menyelenggarakan keamanan dan ketertiban di lingkungan kerja perusahaan
- Melengkapi laporan dengan mencatat pengamatan, informasi, kejadian, dan kegiatan pengawasan
- Menjaga stabilitas dan reputasi perusahaan
- Mencegah dan deteksi dini pencurian, kehilangan, penyalahgunaan atau penggelapan perkakas, mesin, komputer, peralatan, persediaan barang, uang, catatan atau dokumen atau surat-surat berharga milik perusahaan
- Melakukan kontrol/pengendalian, pengaturan lalu lintas (orang, kendaraan dan barang) untuk menjamin perlindungan asset perusahaan
- Melakukan upaya kepatuhan, penegakan tata tertib dan menerapkan kebijakan perusahaan, peraturan kerja
- Melapor dan menangani serta menindaklanjuti apabila ada indikasi pelanggaran / tindakan kejahatan
- Mempertahankan lingkungan yang aman dan nyaman untuk customer dan karyawan dengan patroli, pengawasan, pemeriksaan dan pemantauan
Kualifikasi Pekerjaan:
- Pria
- Usia maksimal 45 tahun
- Punya pengalaman menjadi satpam minimal 3 tahun
- Memiliki kartu keanggotaan satpam dan sertifikat gada pratama menjadi nilai plus (gada madya lebih baik)
- Memiliki sikap waspada, jujur, integritas, tegas, dan berwibawa
- Mengetahui protokol kerja satpam dan menguasai keterampilan sebagai satpam
- Penempatan bergilir Kedungdoro, Surabaya dan Sepanjang, Sidoarjo
- Bisa join secepatnya
