Job Description:
  • Fully understanding, following, and actively participating all learning stages in Graduate Management Development Program
  • Achieving optimum result in all evaluation stages during program
  • Comply and implement all companys regulation
  • Engage and maintain relationship with facilitator, coach, mentor, and steering committee.
Job Requirement:
  • Age limit of 26 years old
  • Minimum Bachelors degree (S1) / Diploma (D4) majoring in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical)
  • Minimum 2,85 GPA/IPK
  • Past on-campus experience BEM/MENWA, etc is preferred
  • Willing to attend training for six months and commit to a bond period of two years
  • Shows integrity, strong analytical, and leadership skills
  • Strong team player
  • Willing to be placed in any of our plantations (Sumatera/Kalimantan/Papua)
