Job Description:

As a Graphic Designer for the Creative Team, you will play a key role in shaping the brands digital presence through visually engaging and trend-driven content. You will create dynamic graphics, animations, and layouts that enhance the brands storytelling across social media platforms and digital marketing channels.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Social Media Content Creation

• Design engaging social media graphics, animations, and videos for Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms.
• Develop aesthetic layouts for product launches, promotions, and brand storytelling.
• Maintain a consistent visual identity aligned with the brands aesthetic and values.

2. Digital Marketing & Branding Materials

• Create banner ads, email marketing templates, and website visuals for e-commerce promotions.
• Design graphics for Instagram Stories, Reels covers, and influencer collaborations.
• Develop branded templates that can be repurposed for various campaigns.

3. Creative Strategy & Trend Research

• Research social media trends, typography, colors, and visual styles to keep content fresh and engaging.
• Work with the marketing and content team to conceptualize campaign ideas.
• Stay updated on emerging digital design and animation techniques.

4. Video & Motion Graphics

• Edit short-form videos, GIFs, and motion graphics to elevate social media engagement.
• Understand basic photography skills
• Assist in storyboarding and art direction for social media campaigns.

Qualifications & Skills Required:

Education & Experience:

✅ Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Digital Media, or a related field.

✅ min 2 years of experience in social media graphic design, preferably in furniture design.

✅ A strong portfolio showcasing social media graphics, animations, and digital marketing materials.

Technical Skills:

✅ Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects (for motion graphics).

✅ Familiarity with Canva, or other digital design tools for quick content creation.

✅ Basic knowledge of video editing (Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar tools) is a plus.

Soft Skills:

✅ Strong visual storytelling and ability to design for different social media formats.

✅ Attention to detail with a creative and trend-savvy mindset.

✅ Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects.

✅ Strong collaboration skills to work with digital marketing, content, and ecommerce teams.
