JOB PURPOSE

• Maintaining and engaging with Customs related to customs regulation during current special service customs facility/Partnership, claim of fiscal customs facility/ KITE Drawback, submission and prolongation license documents to the other Local Authority. Responsible to ensure synchronize pf internal system (SAP) with customs.

• Supervising the delivery of imported raw material and packaging material and also export operational activities of consumer health (CH) products as accordance with shipment order fulfillment to customer as well as ensure the availability of flight/vessel.

  
  

YOUR TASK AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible to manage third party logistics providers, that covers export-import clearance, and freight forwarding

• Responsible to manage communication with vendor / exporter related to import documents and process of import in Indonesia and with customer / importer related to export shipments from Cimanggis plant and documentation.
• Supervise on import process of Raw, Packaging, Technical Goods and Finished Goods and ensure the goods can be received on time
• Responsible on custom audit, liaise with government & custom officer on import / export matter, and to represent company in custom court when necessary
• Ensure that activities comply with the rules and regulations of the home country as well as the exporting country.
• Organize claim KITE Drawback as current fiscal customs facility to get collect duty tax import was paid.
• Lead the utilization value of all customs facility to enhance plant logistic process to be more effective and efficient
• Lead of end to end export process operation, slot booking carrier order, chase booking confirmation from carrier via freight forwarder, control delivery order with schedule stuffing, release shipping instruction, control availability and quality container from depo carrier, organize trucking to arrive on site within time, maintain sales order and purchase order for export goods, create customs / commercial invoice and packing list, provide export declaration, review and collect sea waybill, outward manifest, and certification of origin before the forwarder issued the final docs.

WHO YOU ARE

• Education

Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy/ Technology/ Engineering/ Management

Customs Expert certified

• Relevant experiences

Having 5 years experiences in operation of Logistic, Warehouse, Transportation, or Export-Import field

Having knowledge in Customs Regulation.

Have experience / knowledge in managing government affair.

• Communication

Fluent in English both verbal and written is a must
