The role:

• Ability to strategize and implement overall end-to-end recruiting strategy for hiring blue collar staff.
• Perform job and task analysis and be able to identify the right talent pools for the search roles especially blue collar workers.
• Having the critical and logical skill to assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes.
• Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to operations manager
• Assessing talent applications, conducting interviews and managing both internal and external stakeholders for warehouse and driver positions.
• Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.

The person:

• Bachelor Degree Graduates with proven work experience as a Recruiter with minimum of 2- 3 years of experience in the field especially in the field of recruiting blue collar workers)
• Recruiting experience with various selection processes (CV screening, HR screening, User Interview Scheduling, Reference Checking, Offering Process).
• Fluent in English and comfortable in managing internal/external stakeholders.
• Able to work independently with minimum support.
• Good interpersonal skills.
