Bertanggung jawab dalam memastikan kelancaran proses pembelian barang kebutuhan perusahaan, baik lokal maupun dari luar negeri....

Job Description:

  • Bertanggung jawab dalam memastikan kelancaran proses pembelian barang kebutuhan perusahaan, baik lokal maupun dari luar negeri.
  • Memastikan perusahaan mengikuti regulasi yang berlaku dalam proses impor, baik dalam sisi dokumentasi / logistik, regulasi impor dan regulasi custom.
  • Membuat Purchase Order and follow up Supplier untuk mendapatkan tanggal ketibaan yang jelas.
  • Mengawasi progess pengiriman dari / ke forwarder sampai ketibaan.
  • Memberi laporan berkala tentang progress dari proses import/export yang sedang berlangsung.

Job Qualifications:

  • Bertanggung jawab dan memiliki keinginan untuk berkembang.
  • Memiliki skill komunikasi yang baik dan mampu bekerja dalam sebuah tim.
  • Dapat mengoperasikan komputer dengan baik. (Ms. Word / Excel diharuskan)
  • Kemampuan berbahasa Inggris (lisan dan tertulis) merupakan kewajiban.
  • Pendidikan minimal D3 / S1 dalam jurusan apapun.
  • Penempatan di Tangerang.
