Development of Training Academy Business Strategy, Business Plan and yearly training sales budget. To achieve Training Academy Yearly Sales Target....

Tasks

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Development of Training Academy Business Strategy, Business Plan and yearly training sales budget
  • To achieve Training Academy Yearly Sales Target
  • Develop, manage training academy team and to ensure Trainer Utilization is minimum 80%
  • To Market e-learning material under digital academy
  • To ensure average delegate per class for public training is minimum 7 delegates
  • Development of customised and innovated training materials
  • To manage healthy time allocation as Training Academy Manager (50% training delivery and 50% Training Academy business management)
  • To attend weekly Training Sales meeting
  • Development of Training Marketing Collateral


Qualifications

  • Key Requirements:
  • Minimum a bachelor s degree in any discipline from reputable university with at least 5 years working experiences as trainer as well as business development related to training.
  • Has good leadership skills.
  • Has an experience as an auditor for minimum at 3 standard qualifications
  • Spoken English, and good communication skills in reporting and presentation.
  • Experience working in a TIC company would be a great advantage
  • Clear and articulate presentation ability with strong interpersonal skills and customer focus to establish positive relations
  • Mature, self-disciplined and results-driven
