Perusahaan kontraktor membuka peluang kerja untuk posisi STAFF ARSITEK

KUALIFIKASI :

- Pendidikan minimal S1 Arsitek

- Pria dan Wanita maksimal usia 35 tahun

- Pengalaman kerja minimal 5 tahun

- Mampu membuat konsep desain, mendesain serta merencanakan bangunan

- Memeriksa dan memperbaiki gambar teknik sesuai dengan proses pelaksanaan bangunan

- Mampu mengestimasi RAB proyek

- Mampu membuat Sketsa ( Free Hand )

- Mampu mempertimbangkan cost saat membuat gambar

- Mampu berkomunikasi yang baik dengan customer/ client

- Bersedia turun kelapangan untuk survey proyek dan mengecek proyek yang sedang kontruksi

- Bisa membuat/memahami shop drawing dan gambar detail pekerjaan

- Mampu berkomunikasi dengan pengawas proyek atau mandor

- Mampu membuat inovasi desain/product

- Menguasai Software AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3DSMax, CorelDraw, Adobe Photosop, 3DRendering

- Diutamakan yang berdomisili di Bali
