Strategi dan Perencanaan (Strategy & Planning)
- Melakukan pengecekan semua aplikasi ( SWIFT, BDS,ETP , AS400/GS ) berfungsi dan berjalan normal.
- Melakukan Proses transaksi incoming dan mantainance sesuai dengan instruksi yang diterima melalui SWIFT (MT 202 & MT103) dan ETP ( MT 103 &MT 101).
- Melakukan pengecekan status transaksi outgoing yang dilakukan oleh cabang ( ACK / NACK ).
- Melakukan proses atas transaksi outgoing yang diterima dari pihak bisnis unit ( FI, Treasury, Bizchannel, cabang ).
- Melakukan proses atas transaksi inkaso valas / collection.
- Melakukan eskalasi atas problem operasional atas proses transaksi di Foreign Currency Fund Transfer
- Memberikan respon penjelasan atas hasil investigasi pertanyaan dari cabang / Bisnis Unit yang berkaitan dengan proses transaksi TT sesuai dengan aturan yang ada Membuat pelaporan sesuai dengan waktu yang telah ditentukan
Kinerja Bisnis dan Manajemen (Business Performance and Management)
- Melakukan Koordinasi dengan Unit kerja lain Untuk memaksimalkan pencapaian sasaran pekerjaan dan memastikan kontinuitas organisasi Membangun Hubungan kerja yang baik dengan Pihak Internal Maupun External
Kepatuhan (Regulatory Compliance)
- Melaksanakan pekerjaan organisasi selalu berada dalam koridor Operation Risk, Standar Operasional Prosedur, Compliance, Legal serta aspek Regulator (Bank Indonesia & badan pemerintah lainnya) dan pihak ketiga lainnya yang terkait.
1. Pendidikan minimal S1 (atau yang setara) 2. Berpengalaman di bidang International Payment / Back Office Operations minimal 1 tahun 3. Berpengalaman dalam system dan pelaksanaan payment atau transfer uang minimal 1 tahun 4. Memiliki kemampuan analisa operasional transaksi baik secara teknikal maupun fundamental 5. Mempunyai komunikasi yang baik secara internal maupun eksternal 6. Mampu bekerjasama secara vertical dan horizontal 7. Menguasai work flow Operational perbankan secara umum. 8. Menguasai computer (Excel, Word, dll) 9. Menguasai Bahasa Inggris Lisan dan tulisan
