Job Descriptions:

  • Support DND Department Head in surveys the potential dealership locations to evaluate market viability and customer accessibility.
  • Analyze the survey reports and network mapping based on market analysis to inform strategic decisions.
  • Monitor and follow up on the construction of dealer facilities, ensuring compliance with corporate identity (CI) guidelines.
  • Support DND Department Head in analyzing market trends and customer demographics to identify opportunities for network expansion.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to facilitate successful network development initiatives.
  • Develop and implement strategies for network growth, aligning with SML INVITE overall business objectives.
  • Track the performance of new and existing showrooms.
  • Prepare regular reports on network development activities and performance of the existing showrooms.

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of working experience in the automotive industry, particularly in network development or dealership management and operation monitoring.
  • Ability to do market analysis and develop actionable insights.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with internal teams and external partners, coordination and monitoring skills.
  • Familiarity with corporate identity standards and their application in dealership construction.
  • A focus on achieving objectives and delivering measurable results in network expansion efforts.
  • Willing to be placed in BSD City.
