- Map category and sub categories landscape, and define priority on which segment to be developed in collaboration with merchant and merchandise strategy team
- Define a go-to market strategy for a category/sub-category
- Plan, execute and maintain category performance (from acquisition to incubation and development)
- Build a robust team, and manage collaborative and goal-oriented team culture
- Work with internal and external parties to build clear road map to manage short and long-tail sellers
- Come up with initiatives to continuously improve competitiveness advantage.
- 5+ years experience in E-commerce or industry experience either FMCG, Electronics, Home Living, Automotive or Fashion related, with strong networking to brands and merchants plus team management experience.
- Bachelor degree holder from a reputable University

- Well connected within the industry and understand the market situation and trend.

- English and Mandarin proficiency is a must.
