Persyaratan:

1. Pendidikan:

- Minimal lulusan SMA/SMK, diutamakan D3/S1 dalam bidang desain grafis, multimedia, seni, komunikasi, atau jurusan terkait.

2. Pengalaman:

- Pengalaman minimal 1-2 tahun sebagai videografer (tergantung perusahaan).

- Portofolio video yang relevan sebagai bukti kemampuan.

3. Teknis:

- Menguasai peralatan kamera profesional (DSLR, mirrorless, atau lainnya).

- Kemampuan dalam editing video menggunakan software seperti Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, atau DaVinci Resolve.

4. Kreativitas:

- Pemahaman komposisi visual, pencahayaan, dan storytelling melalui video.

- Berpikir kreatif untuk menghasilkan konten berkualitas tinggi sesuai kebutuhan proyek.

Kualifikasi:

1. Skill Teknis:

- Menguasai teknik pengambilan gambar seperti framing, angle, dan penggunaan lensa.

- Memahami dan menguasai terkait lighting yang digunakan untuk foto secara indoor/outdoor.

- Memahami teknis terkait penggunaan kamera (jenis lensa, sensor kamera dll).

- Menguasai teknik editing seperti color grading, transisi, dan audio mixing.

2. Soft Skills:

- Kemampuan bekerja sama dalam tim dan berkomunikasi dengan baik.

- Mampu bekerja di bawah tekanan dan sesuai deadline.

- Inisiatif dan memiliki manajemen waktu yang baik.

3. Kondisi:

- Bersedia bekerja di lapangan dan memiliki fleksibilitas waktu untuk proyek tertentu (termasuk akhir pekan jika diperlukan).

- Memiliki kendaraan pribadi dan SIM (jika pekerjaan membutuhkan mobilitas tinggi).

4. Kelebihan Tambahan:

- Kemampuan mengoperasikan drone atau alat lainnya (opsional).
