Purchase Manager

We are looking for an Operational Procurement Manager to oversee all purchasing and supply operations for our offline school branches across Indonesia. This is a remote position, open to candidates from any city. Your primary responsibility will be to source and procure essential materials—including equipment, furniture, stationery, and consumables—at the best possible cost while ensuring quality and service reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage the procurement strategy to optimize costs and ensure timely deliveries.
• Source and negotiate with suppliers to secure the best prices, terms, and service agreements.
• Oversee the procurement process, from supplier selection to contract management.
• Ensure all purchased goods meet quality standards and school requirements.
• Manage supplier relationships, ensuring compliance with warranties, guarantees, and service agreements.
• Work closely with branch managers to identify supply needs and maintain smooth operations.
• Monitor market trends and identify opportunities for cost-saving initiatives.
• Maintain accurate procurement records and reports for financial tracking.
• Created forecasts related to monthly costs for each and overall branch
• Maintain accurate "add Transparency" procurement records and reports for financial tracking.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and procurement software/tools
• Proven experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management.
• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
• Ability to analyze costs, contracts, and market trends.
• Experience in handling procurement for multiple locations is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and procurement software/tools.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Self-motivated and capable of working remotely with minimal supervision.
