PT Dewa Agricoco Indonesia adalah perusahaan manufaktur yang bergerak di industri pengolahan kelapa, berkomitmen untuk menghasilkan produk berkualitas tinggi dengan standar internasional. Sebagai salah satu pemain utama dalam industri kelapa, kami mengelola rantai produksi dari hulu ke hilir—mulai dari pengelolaan perkebunan, pemrosesan bahan baku, hingga distribusi produk olahan kelapa ke pasar global. Kami sedang mencari kandidat potensial untuk mengisi posisi General Manager Produksi.
Kualifikasi :
- Minimal pendidikan S1/S2 diutamakan jurusan Pertanian, Kehutanan, Ilmu Pangan, atau bidang terkait
- Pengalaman minimal 10 tahun di bidang manufaktur kelapa, dengan minimal 5 tahun di posisi manajerial
- Memahami prinsip manufaktur, teknis operasional, dan manajemen industri
- Kemampuan analitis, pemecahan masalah, dan pengambilan keputusan yang sangat baik
- Memiliki keterampilan kepemimpinan, komunikasi, dan interpersonal yang kuat
- Menguasai Microsoft Office Suite (terutama Excel) & perangkat lunak teknik/manufaktur
- Berorientasi pada detail, terorganisir, dan mampu bekerja dalam lingkungan cepat
- Memahami peraturan dan standar akuntansi seperti BRCGS, HACCP, Kosher, Halal, IFRS
- Memiliki loyalitas tinggi dan disiplin kerja
- Bersedia untuk penempatan di kebun, Halmahera Barat
Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
- Bertanggung jawab atas pelaksanaan program anggaran untuk perkebunan
- Menyiapkan anggaran untuk persetujuan Manajemen & Direktur
- Memastikan kontrol operasional yang memadai di tingkat perusahaan
- Mengawasi pengiriman hasil produksi secara efektif & efisien untuk mencapai target produksi
- Menjamin kualitas produksi melalui pengawasan rutin
- Menyusun laporan rutin terkait kehadiran tenaga kerja, pemanfaatan sumber daya, dan kemajuan target operasional
Lokasi: Halmahera Barat, Maluku Utara.
