Description

Position Summary: We are seeking a talented AI Developer with expertise in prompt engineering and model training using OpenAI technologies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AI and machine learning, experience with OpenAIs APIs, and a passion for developing intelligent systems. You will work closely with data scientists, engineers, and product managers to design, develop, and deploy AI models that drive business value.

Requirement

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering,
Data Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Proven experience as an AI Developer or similar role, with a focus
on prompt engineering and model training.
  • Strong proficiency in Python and familiarity with machine
learning libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
  • Extensive experience with OpenAIs APIs and tools.
  • Understanding of natural language processing (NLP) techniques
and frameworks.
  • Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and
model evaluation.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google
Cloud.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Experience with reinforcement learning and other advanced AI
techniques.
  • Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.
  • Knowledge of software development best practices and agile
methodologies.
  • Experience with large-scale data analysis and distributed
computing.

Job Responsibilities

  • Design and implement prompt engineering strategies to optimize
the performance of AI models using OpenAIs APIs.
  • Train, fine-tune, and deploy AI models using OpenAIs tools and
platforms.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business
requirements and translate them into AI solutions.
  • Conduct experiments to test and validate model performance
and iteratively improve results.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for AI models, including
usage guidelines and best practices.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI and machine
learning, particularly those related to OpenAI.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to AI model performance
and deployment.
