Kualifikasi

  • Memiliki pengalaman di bidang sales minimal 3 tahun atau SPV 1 tahun. Diutamakan pada bidang FMCG
  • Paham dan mampu menganalisa perkembangan pasar di wilayah kerjanya
  • Memiliki pengalaman memimpin tim
  • Disiplin, jujur, dan komunikatif
  • Biasa bekerja dengan target
  • Bisa mengendarai sepeda motor dan mobil, serta memiliki SIM C & A
  • Cover area Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta

Tugas dan Tanggung Jawab

  • Membuat planning dan strategi penjualan yang efektif untuk tim sales.
  • Membimbing dan memonitor aktifitas tim sales di dalam proses penjualan.
  • Membuat report progress penjualan tim sales, baik harian, mingguan dan bulanan sesuai planning.
  • Menyusun rencana pengembangan tim sales cabang untuk memenuhi kebutuhan organisasi dan kompetensi yang diperlukan.
  • Melakukan coaching dan counseling tim sales untuk mengetahui masalah / hambatan yang dihadapi berkaitan dengan penjualan, dan membantu memberikan alternatif pemecahan.
  • Mampu mencapai target penjualan yang telah ditentukan perusahaan.
