Deskripsi Pekerjaan

  • Membuat, mengelola, dan mengevaluasi kampanye iklan di berbagai platform (Meta, TikTok, Google).
  • Mengumpulkan, menganalisis, dan melaporkan data kinerja iklan serta metrik media sosial.
  • Melakukan maintenance, setup pixel, dan optimasi website (Berdu, WordPress, Scalev).
  • Membuat dan mengoptimasi landing page untuk meningkatkan konversi.
  • Melakukan riset audiens dan kompetitor untuk mendapatkan insight.
  • Berkoordinasi dengan tim internal (CS, Sales, dll.) untuk memastikan keselarasan strategi dan mencapai target.
  • Membuat RAB iklan dan mengelola budget iklan secara efektif.
  • Melakukan A/B testing dan optimasi iklan berdasarkan data.

Kualifikasi

  • Pendidikan minimal S1 di bidang Pemasaran, Komunikasi, atau bidang terkait.
  • Memiliki pengalaman minimal 2 dalam digital marketing.
  • Terbiasa menggunakan platform iklan (Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Ads).
  • Mampu menggunakan tools analisis data (Google Analytics, dll.).
  • Memiliki pengalaman dalam optimasi website (WordPress, dll.).
  • Memahami konsep digital marketing secara mendalam.
  • Mampu membuat konten yang menarik dan relevan.
  • Memiliki kemampuan analisis data yang kuat.
  • Mampu bekerja secara mandiri maupun dalam tim.
  • Mampu berkomunikasi dengan baik.
