Job Title : Finance Staff

Job Description:

1. Mengelola seluruh dokumen dan transaksi keuangan perusahaaan (faktur, bukti transaksi, dan dokumen keuangan lainnya) dan memastikan seluruh transaksi keuangan tercatat secara akuratdalam sistem keuangan perusahaan.

2. Melakukan verifikasi dan pencocokan antara dokumen pendukung dan transaksi yang tercatat.

3. Memonitor dan memverifikasi data AP dan AR.

4. Mengelola pembayaran kepada vendor dan pihak ketiga sesuai jadwal.

5. Menyediakan data keuangan untuk keperluan audit dan pelaporan.

6. Membantu dalam pembuatan anggaran dan perencanaan keuangan perusahaan.

7. Bekerja sama dalam hal administrasi keuangan dengan departemen lain.

8. Bersedia untuk mengerjakan dan menyelesaikan beberapa tugas dalam 1 waktu.

Requirements:

* Min. S1 Accounting

* Min. 1 tahun berpengalaman di bidang Finance

* Teliti dan jujur

* Mampu bekerja di bawah tekanan, bekerja tepat waktu dan sesuai dengan deadline, memiliki kemampuan multitasking

* Mampu bekerja individual maupun dalam team dan memiliki kemampuan komunikasi yang baik
