We are seeking a highly skilled HRGA Manager to join our Japanese company in Jakarta Selatan. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in Payroll, Industrial Relations, and Human Resource Management to support the organizations growth and maintain harmonious labor relations. This role requires a professional with a proactive mindset, excellent problem-solving skills, and a deep understanding of HR and GA processes in a multinational environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Payroll Management
- Oversee and ensure accurate and timely payroll processing for all employees.
- Manage employee compensation, benefits, tax compliance, and BPJS administration.
- Continuously review and improve payroll systems for efficiency and compliance.
- Industrial Relations
- Build and maintain positive relationships with labor unions to ensure smooth operations.
- Handle collective bargaining agreements (CBA) negotiations and resolve labor disputes.
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws and company regulations.
- Human Resource Management
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the companys goals.
- Lead recruitment, onboarding, and performance appraisal processes.
- Manage employee training and development programs to foster growth.
- Develop and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and salary structures.
- General Affairs
- Supervise GA operations, including office facilities, procurement, and legal documentation.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Management, or related fields.
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in HR and GA roles, with at least 5 years in managerial positions.
- Proven experience in handling payroll systems and labor union negotiations.
- Deep knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and industrial relations practices.
- Familiarity with multinational or Japanese work culture is a plus.
- Skills:
- Strong leadership and interpersonal communication.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HRIS systems.
- Proficient in English; Japanese language skills are an advantage.
