Job Description:

1. Social Media Strategy & Execution

  • Merancang dan mengimplementasikan strategi social media marketing sesuai dengan kebutuhan klien.
  • Mengelola dan mengoptimalkan campaign organic & paid media untuk meningkatkan engagement dan brand awareness.
  • Berkolaborasi dengan tim kreatif & content untuk mengembangkan konsep campaign yang engaging.

2. Campaign Management & Client Handling

  • Mengelola beberapa akun klien sekaligus dan memastikan eksekusi campaign berjalan sesuai brief.
  • Berkoordinasi dengan klien untuk memahami kebutuhan mereka dan menyusun strategi yang sesuai dengan brand objective.
  • Memonitor kinerja campaign dan memberikan laporan berbasis data kepada klien.

3. Analytics & Performance Optimization

  • Menganalisis kinerja campaign digital & social media (engagement, CTR, conversion rate, ROI, dll.).
  • Menggunakan Google Analytics, Meta Insights, TikTok Analytics, dan tools lainnya untuk mengoptimalkan strategi campaign.
  • Menyusun laporan mingguan/bulanan untuk mengukur efektivitas campaign dan memberikan rekomendasi perbaika

Minimum Qualifications: ✅ Kualifikasi:

  • Pendidikan minimal S1 di bidang Marketing, Komunikasi, Digital Media, atau sejenisnya.
  • Pengalaman minimal 3-5 tahun sebagai Social Media Specialist / Social Media Marketing di digital agency atau menangani campaign project klien.
  • Memahami strategi social media marketing (organic & paid), content marketing, dan campaign execution.
  • Pengalaman dalam perencanaan, eksekusi, dan analisis campaign digital (FB Ads, Instagram Ads, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads, dll.).
  • Memiliki pemahaman tren digital & social media analytics (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube).
  • Mampu menggunakan social media tools seperti Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Sprout Social, atau Buffer.
  • Keterampilan dalam copywriting, storytelling, dan content creation adalah nilai tambah.
  • Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi & presentasi yang baik, serta terbiasa berkoordinasi dengan klien dan tim internal.
  • Berorientasi pada target, deadline, dan mampu menangani multiple projects secara bersamaan.
