Tugas Harian :

  • Membersihkan semua area dapur, meliputi lantai, tembok, dinding kaca, alat-alat dapur, bar dan lain sebagainya.
  • Memastikan kebersihan dapur / area pengiriman.
  • Membantu Staff lain dalam mengambil barang dan membantu membereskan barang tersebut.
  • Membuang sampah di akhir malam.
  • Memasukkan kembali minyak ke drum limbah.
  • Mengepel / menyapu lantai dapur.
  • Memastikan area mesin cuci piring bersih.
  • Memeriksa katup gas dimatikan pada saat sedang tidak beroperasi.
  • Memastikan greasetrap dirawat dengan benar menggunakan proven di akhir layanan setiap hari.
  • Memeriksa dan merawat exhaust.
  • Memelihara kebersihan lingkungan kerja.
  • Memeriksa selalu alat-alat kebersihan.
  • Proaktif dalam memesan instrumen instrumen kebersihan dan kebutuhan yang diperlukan untuk menjaga kebersihan lingkungan kerja.
