DATA BASE ENTRY STAFF

Lotus Hotels is currently looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a DATA BASE ENTRY STAFF in Jimbaran-Bali.

As a member of our team, you will be responsible for assisting and in coordination with Marketing Manager. The ideal candidate for this position should possess excellent phone and email etiquette, exceptional communication and customer service skills, and a strong attention to detail.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Fluent in both spoken and written English
• Detail-oriented and hardworking
• Flexible
• Familiar with email correspondence
• Knowledgeable in the use of Microsoft Office, with advanced Excel skills
• At least one year experience as the assistant or secretary with administration skills will be a plus
• Able to join immediately

Data Base Entry Staff Duties and Responsibilities

• Collect, and organize data on monthly basis from hotels booking files in order to be ready to be inserted in the Marketing analysis and reports.
• Send to a new agent request the Company Profile Form and then verify the data before including it in the Data Base.
• Search and verify on regular basis Agents websites for hotels information, and alert in case updates are necessary or discrepancies are detected.
• Keeping the data base up-to-date by receiving instructions/information from Marketing Manager.
• Study the product and revise the forms with the necessary tools, given by the Marketing Manager.
• Liaise with the Agents whenever it is necessary under the direct supervision of the Marketing Executive and/or Marketing Manager instructions.
• Monitor the OTA for the price parity by taking the screenshot and comparing the rates.
• Update Repeat Database.
• Producing the weekly minutes for all resorts and marketing meetings
• Distribute the different Rates within the data base according to Country and currency.
• Update and share the different distribution lists with the Resorts, such as:

Contracting data base by country and currency,Allotment and special payment agreement,Specific promotion list and dates,Repeat Guests,Preparing supporting material to be used for presentation during sales calls, events, trade fairs.
