  • Melakukan koordinasi dengan pihak-pihak terkait dalam menangani keluhan pelanggan.
  • Melakukan koordinasi dengan departemen lain untuk visit pelanggan dan audit pelanggan.
  • Memonitor atas NC yang masuk mulai dari validasi NC, investigasi, kesepakatan, case close, Corrective Action Preventive Action (CAPA) dengan departemen QA, QC, R&D, Produksi, SCM (warehouse, logistic), Sweet Innovation & Application, Sales & Marketing, IT (sistem dan infranstruktur), customer care, business support & admin, regulatory affair.
  • Melakukan koordinasi dengan departemen lain dan memastikan Action Plan berjalan dengan baik.
  • Menindaklanjuti dan memonitor NC yang masuk melalui sistem SalesForce.
  • Membuat laporan dan menganalisa trend NC.
  • Membuat laporan Complaint Per Million Unit (CPMU).
  • Bertanggung jawab dalam penanganan permintaan dan berjalannya audit, visit dari customer atau external: pemerintahan, instansi lainnya yang terkait dengan external relation di area Indesso group.
  • Menjadi koordinator dalam penyelenggaraan audit, visit dari customer atau external relation di area Indesso Group.
  • Melakukan koordinasi dengan departemen QA,QC R&D, Regulatory Affair dan SCM untuk menangani compliance dokumen dan meneruskan ke customer.
  • Melakukan follow up audit ke customer dan internal CAPA.
  • Turut serta dalam mengoordinasi aktivitas perusahaan yang berkaitan dengan pihak external relations dan audit, visit dari pihak customer.
  • Mengusulkan dan melakukan perbaikan proses peningkatan Standard Operation Procedure (SOP) atas proses yang berlangsung di Dept. ER&CS.
  • Melakukan seluruh tahapan rangkaian proses diseminasi, pengumpulan dan evaluasi customer satisfaction survey.
