Closely monitor for audit findings, Identified Issue, regulatory submissions, and updates on upcoming/ongoing audits in the IT department. This includes report submissions to the regional office

Contribute to the review of closing documents for IT Audit findings and potential risks in the IT department.

Coordinate IT-related regulatory gap analysis with the related Points of Contact (System and Business users).

Monitoring reports to regulators or Regional office (collecting information from various PIC in several departments, monitoring report submission and ensure PIC submit to regulator without fails)

Support in the implementation and coordination of External IT Audits between vendors and the relevant department. (External Audit, Internal Audit )

Support in gathering and checking audit document requests from auditors

Provide a list of incident data for reporting to the regional office.

Incident support

Support to follow up Change request documentation during Change Review Board

Support to update list for Potential issue/incident to document

Prepare for meeting invitations if an incident occurs.

Support IT Engagement Activities
Bachelor’s degree or Diploma Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent work experience

Strong analytical and planning skills

Good communication and presentation skills

Excellent problem-solving skills
