- Receive, accommodate and record complaints/problems after the product handover process.
- Coordinate with the project PM for complaints of customer damage in their corrective actions during the contractors retention period.
- Verify and check the conditions complained about by the customer to verify and alternative actions to the contractor who is still under warranty or the repair contractor after the warranty period.
- Monitor outstanding construction complaint.
- Take inventory of repair work items and coordinate with QS for cost estimation in preparation for the appointment of repair contractors after the warranty period expires.
- Manage and monitor stock units so that the physical condition of the building and utility functions are always good and clean (in coordination with the estate) so that they are ready for the handover of sold units.
- Make daily, weekly reports on the number of incoming complaints and time resolved.
- Minimum Diplomas Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture or Polytechnic majors.
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in construction or building maintenance field.
- Mastering the science of building engineering and capable of high mobility.
- Goals and problem solving oriented, ability to meet deadlines (result oriented).
- Knowledge of building materials.
- Computer literate (Ms. Office, SAP, etc).
- Excellent coordination skills.
- Willing to be placed in BSD City.
