Job Descriptions:


  • Conducting market research and analysis for business development.
  • Conducting payment request, cash advance, and accountability through SAP and e-workflow (internal system).
  • Documents preparation required in supporting project: MOM, NDA/MOU/PKS (drafting).
  • Document verification from potential partners.
  • To obtain, process, validating and submiting data into the system
  • Maintain and store evidence of administrative documents.
  • Maintain copy of important legal documents : Surat Perjanjian, Akta, etc.
  • Assist the team in day-to-day operations by providing administrative support (e.g., reserving meeting room, coordinating travel, and handling any other ad-hoc tasks).

Job Qualifications:

  • Minimum Bachelors degree in Real Estate, Management, Business, or Economic, or related major.
  • Minimum 1 year of working experience as administration or researcher in real estate / property developer or any other related fields.
  • Possessing good analytical, logical thinking, and time management skills.
  • Possessing writing skills both in English (IELTS / TOEFL / SAT / PTE certified) and Bahasa.
  • Computer literacy (Ms. Office 365)
  • Willing to be placed in BSD City.
