- Mengidentifikasi dan mencari calon pelanggan potensial melalui riset pasar, jaringan, dan kunjungan- Mempresentasikan dan mempromosikan produk suku cadang dan layanan kami kepada klien potensial- Memenuhi kebutuhan klien, menyelesaikan keluhan, dan memastikan kepuasan pelanggan- Mengembangkan dan melaksanakan rencana penjualan untuk memenuhi tujuan organisasi- Tetap mengikuti tren industri, aktivitas pesaing, dan perkembangan pasar untuk memposisikan produk kami secara efektif produk kami di pasar secara efektif- Menyiapkan laporan rutin tentang kinerja penjualan, perkiraan, dan strategi kepada manajer Kemitraan Strategis- Membangun dan memelihara hubungan klien yang kuat dan tahan lama- Berkoordinasi dengan departemen lain untuk memastikan semua kegiatan penjualan suku cadang internal direncanakan dan dikelola dengan baik.

Qualifications :- Gelar sarjana di bidang Pemasaran / Ekonomi / Komunikasi / Manajemen.- Minimal 1-3 tahun pengalaman yang relevan di bidang Sales Executive.- Pemahaman yang kuat tentang produk otomotif / suku cadang seperti ban dan oli.- Komunikasi yang sangat baik dan keterampilan interpersonal, memiliki kemampuan untuk menjaga hubungan dengan klien B2B adalah lebih disukai.- Memiliki kemampuan negosiasi yang baik.- Dapat bergabung sesegera mungkin
