They optimize processes, ensure compliance, and lead the team, fostering a culture of collaboration and development. Responsibilities:
Operational Strategy and Planning:

• Collaborate with the Head of Operations to develop and execute strategic initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
• Contribute to the development of long-term operational goals and objectives aligned with the companys overall mission and vision.
• Have the ability to create and design processes and flows especially related to tech and information systems, including the ability and knowledge of database management.

Process Optimization and Creation:

• Lead efforts to create and streamline operational processes, workflows, and procedures to improve scalability, productivity, and client experience. This includes specifically and mostly the processes of data acquisition and manipulation for business processes that still needs manual intervention and regulatory reporting purposes.
• Identify opportunities for automation and technology integration to drive operational efficiencies.

Risk Management and Compliance:

• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards, proactively identifying and mitigating operational risks especially on compliance and fraud risks.
• Implement robust controls and procedures to maintain the integrity and security of client data and assets.

Team Leadership and Development:

• Provide strong leadership to the operations team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning.
• Coach, mentor, and develop team members to enhance their skills, knowledge, and performance.

Stakeholder Management:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including senior leadership, customer experience, product teams, technology, compliance, and risk management.
• Serve as a key point of contact for external partners, vendors, and service providers, ensuring alignment and effective collaboration.

Performance Monitoring and Reporting:

• Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to monitor the performance of operational processes and initiatives.
• Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in operations management within the financial services industry, with a focus on investment platforms or wealth management.
• Strong understanding of multi-asset investment products, trading operations, and market infrastructure.
• Proven leadership experience with the ability to inspire, motivate, and develop high-performing teams.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to identify opportunities, solve complex problems, and make data-driven decisions.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions and levels of the organization.
• Solid understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance standards applicable to investment platforms.
• Demonstrated track record of driving process improvement initiatives and implementing best practices.
