We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Country Manager to lead our Education Resources team in Indonesia. This pivotal role involves driving business development, managing key relationships, and ensuring the successful implementation of our regional strategy. About The Role

As the Country Manager, you will be a key member of the Cambridge International Education team in Indonesia. Your primary responsibilities will include managing business development activities, supporting distributors and schools, and ensuring the quality of data on Salesforce. You will also be involved in professional learning and development activities, representing Cambridge at educational events, and maintaining compliance with our group processes. This role requires collaboration with various departments and stakeholders to support the continued growth of Cambridge in Indonesia.

About You

You are a strategic leader with strong sales and business development experience in the education sector. You have excellent communication skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including government departments, universities, and distributors. You are proactive, detail-oriented, and have a deep understanding of customer expectations and behaviour. A degree-level education is essential, and a relevant postgraduate qualification is desirable. Fluency in English and Indonesian is required.
