Job Description:

  • Berkoordinasi dengan tim lain untuk membuat dan melaksanakan strategi media sosial sesuai kebutuhan.
  • Memantau, merespons, dan terlibat dengan komunitas media sosial, membina interaksi positif, dan membangun hubungan dengan komunitas.
  • Menggunakan alat manajemen media sosial untuk menjadwalkan dan mempublikasikan konten dengan waktu optimal untuk mencapai jangkauan maksimum.
  • Memanfaatkan alat analisis untuk melacak dan menganalisis kinerja campaign media sosial dan memberikan laporan rutin untuk menilai efektivitas nya.
  • Berkolaborasi dengan tim internal lainnya, terutama desain grafis untuk memastikan konten yang kohesif dan menarik secara visual.

Job Qualifications:

  • Kreatif dan memiliki pemahaman konsep branding yang kuat.
  • Kemampuan berpikir out of the box untuk membuat konten yang menarik.
  • Memiliki skill komunikasi yang baik dan mampu bekerja dalam sebuah tim.
  • Menunjukkan pemahaman tentang platform dan tren media sosial.
