- Berusia 25- 37 tahun
- Pendidikan Min. SMA/SMK Sederajat
- Pengalaman Min 1 Tahun sebagai Sales/SPG/SPB/BA, diutamakan dari Beauty Product
Khusus ESC/ESL: memiliki pengalaman minimal 1 tahun di brand high end
- BB : Maksimal 57-58 kg (proposional)
- TB : Minimal 158cm
Deskripsi Pekerjaan (Job Description):
- Menawarkan dan menjual Produk & Treatment kepada Klien.
- Memastikan pencapaian target penjualan yang telah di tetapkan oleh perusahaan.
- Memastikan dan mencari prospek Klien baru.
- Melaporkan aktivitas penjualan dan Klien yang doing kepada atasan
- Memahami dan menguasai produk & treatment yang dijual oleh perusahaan
- Menjaga hubungan baik dengan Klien dan mempunyai komunikasi yang baik kepada Klien.
- Memastikan Klien melakukan treatment tepat waktu dan follow up treatment agar tidak expired.
- Meminta referensi pada saat closing kepada Klien.
- Menyambut Klien dan mempersilahkan Klien yang datang dengan 5S.
- Memastikan Counter kerja dalam keadaan rapi dan alat tulis & dokumen yang diperlukan
- Meminta Klien untuk mengisi for Health Declaration.
- Meminta feedback dari Klien terkait pelayanan yang diberikan Klinik dengan mengisi Customer Satisfaction Index.
- Memberikan treatment Consent form kepada Beautician/Nurse/Therapist.
- Membuat perjanjian jadwal treatment dan melakukan perubahan status di POS.
- Membuat registrasi Klien baru dan menginput pada POS.
- Mengikuti & mengerti serta memahami tentang peraturan, kebijakan, prosedur, dan Internal Memo yang berlaku saat ini.
- Wajib mengisi daily planner dengan baik.
- Memahami customer journey di Klinik.
