F&B Outlet Trainer (Travelling Required) - Indonesia

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced F&B Outlet Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting training sessions at different F&B outlets, ensuring that staff members are well-trained in various aspects of F&B service, food preparation, and customer satisfaction. This role involves extensive travel to different locations, so the candidate must be willing and able to travel nationwide.

Key Responsibilities:

· Conduct training at outlets.

· Assess food quality, hygiene, service operation, and customer experience.

· Identify gaps, provide feedback, and implement training to maintain operational excellence.

· Manage the training calendar to ensure all trainings planned are conducted.

· Prepare training reports for all training conducted on a monthly basis.

· Manage standard Quality food and improve training process and material.

· Ability to adapt training methods to different learning styles

· Proficient in English and Bahasa Indonesia in verbal and written communication.

Qualifications & Requirements:

· Candidate must possess at least a Bachelors Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Certificate Food & Beverage Services Management.

· Strong knowledge of F&B operations, including food and beverage service, preparation and food safety & hygiene standards.

· Minimum 3 year (s) of working experience in the related field is preferred in F&B retail.

· Train-the-Trainer program will be provided (attendance required).

· Applicants must be willing to travel nationwide.

· Willing to travel extensively with own car.

· Must be based in Jakarta.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
