Job Descriptions 1. Target Bisnis
  • Mendapatkan prospek, menganalisa dan mengembangkan kebutuhan pelanggan/prospek dalam rangka menambah nilai jual produk dan jasa perusahaan, memberikan presentasi dan proposal sampai terjadinya transaksi / penjualan.
  • Memperbesar persentase kontribusi penjualan jasa solusi terpadu pada pelanggan.
  • Membuat dan menganalisa project costing dengan tepat dan menghasilkan transaksi.
2. Koordinator Proyek/Account
  • Berperan sebagai coordinator project terhadap account yang menjadi tanggung jawabnya; menjadi Presenter mewakili perusahaan dalam situasi formal maupun informal.
  • Bersama kelompok mengawasi perencanaan implementasi dan memastikan pengadaan dan pengiriman barang/solusi tepat waktu (koordinasi dengan tim terkait) serta memonitor jalannya proses implementasi.
3. Pelayanan Purna Penjualan
  • Bertanggungjawab dalam tahap purna penjualan dan mempelajari adanya kemungkinan untuk pengembangan kebutuhan;
4. Manajemen Keuangan
  • Bertanggungjawab terhadap cash flow perusahaan dan menyelesaikan semua urusan administratif.
5. Pengembangan Profesi
  • Bertanggung jawab dalam mengembangkan area:
    • Pengetahuan dan ketrampilan dalam produk dan solusi yang menjadi portfolio perusahaan.
    • Pengetahuan produk pesaing.
    • Pengetahuan tentang ‘business process yang menjadi teritori industrinya serta perusahaan
    • Membuat account profiling dari account yang ditangani

Job Requirements
  • Pendidikan min. S1 dari berbagai disiplin ilmu
  • Pengalaman Min. 3 tahun di bidang penjualan atau IT
  • Memiliki pengetahuan dasar yang berkaitan dengan industri teknologi informatika
  • Pengetahuan mengenai managemen pemasaran dan penjualan
