RESPONSIBILITIES Review and validate financial and administrative documents to ensure accuracy and compliance Maintain and consolidate data for reporting and analysis Manage document processing and distribution following company procedures Update and reconcile financial records to support accurate reporting Assist in monitoring and managing advertising-related expenses Conduct periodic stock audits to ensure inventory accuracy
QUALIFICATIONS Bachelors degree in Accounting or Management with a minimum GPA of 3.00 out of 4.00 Minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience Strong computer skills, including data entry, accounting software, and Microsoft Excel Knowledge of accounts payable processes and general accounting principles Strong administrative and organizational skills Fluent in both spoken and written English Placement at the Head Office in Jakarta
