Job Summary
. • Monthly budgeting & achievement of budgeted F&B sales in multi outlets on both sales & profitability.• Periodic analysis of Food & Beverage Prices in relation to competition.• Participation and input towards F&B Marketing activities.• Development and maintenance of all department control procedures.• To assist in menu planning and pricing.• Banquet quality supervision• Service quality training and supervision• Communication. multitasking and strong leadership skillsUltimately, passion for F&B – innovation, style, delivery, and quality• Other duties as assigned by Director of Food and Beverages

Requirement
. • Local and Expatriate are welcome • Degree in hotel Management or equivalent• 3+ years experiences in similar role with preferable previous experiences in the Asia of luxury operation • Food and Beverage Service management experience. Ability to perform all functions in the Food and Beverage Services.• Considerable skill in math and algebraic equations using percentages• Ability to walk, stand and or bend continuously to perform essential job functions• Ability to communicate in English, both orally and in writing, with guests and associates• Ability to use patience, tact and diplomacy to defuse anger and to collect accurate information to resolve problems• Ability to work under pressure and handle stressful situations during busy periods
