Deskripsi Pekerjaan:Sebagai Staff Konten Kreator, Anda akan bertanggung jawab dalam menciptakan dan mengelola konten kreatif untuk berbagai platform digital guna meningkatkan engagement dan brand awareness perusahaan.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab:- Merancang, membuat, dan mengedit konten foto & video untuk media sosial dan platform digital- Menyusun strategi konten yang menarik dan sesuai dengan target audiens- Menulis caption yang menarik dan sesuai dengan brand identity- Mengelola jadwal posting dan memastikan konsistensi konten- Melakukan riset tren media sosial untuk meningkatkan kreativitas dan inovasi konten- Berkolaborasi dengan tim marketing dan desain untuk menciptakan kampanye digital yang efektif- Menganalisis performa konten dan memberikan laporan evaluasi secara berkala

Kualifikasi:- Pendidikan minimal D3/S1 di bidang Komunikasi, Desain Grafis, Multimedia, atau sejenisnya- Berpengalaman dalam pembuatan konten digital (foto, video, dan desain grafis)- Menguasai software editing seperti Adobe Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Canva, atau aplikasi sejenis- Memahami tren media sosial dan algoritma platform seperti Instagram, TikTok, dan YouTube- Kreatif, inovatif, dan memiliki storytelling yang kuat- Mampu bekerja dalam tim maupun secara mandiri dengan deadline yang ketat
