Retreats, Events & Classes Supervisor - Wellness Center (Canggu)

Our client, a one-stop health center, with services ranging from fitness programs and holistic treatments, to personalised wellness plans, is currently seeking a Retreats, Events & Classes Supervisor to join their dynamic and growing team.

The ideal candidate is an organised and detail-oriented professional with a passion for wellness and event management. They have experience in planning and coordinating retreats, events, and classes, ensuring seamless execution and exceptional guest experiences. Strong communication and leadership skills enable them to collaborate effectively with instructors, guests, and the operations team. Their ability to manage schedules, oversee logistics, and maintain high service standards makes them a key contributor to the success of the wellness centers programs.

Requirements:

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Proven experience in event management, retreat planning / execution, class scheduling, or a related supervisory role in the wellness or hospitality industry.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and coordinate a diverse team.
• Outstanding organisational skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Financial proficiency, including budgeting, tracking revenue, and managing expenses.
• Familiarity with wellness practices, class structures, event & retreat dynamics.
• Experience with scheduling or event management software is highly desirable.
• A proactive problem-solver capable of handling high-pressure situations effectively.
• Passionate about wellness and delivering memorable client experiences.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the planning, scheduling, and smooth execution of all classes, events, and retreats offered by the wellness center.
• Lead, train, and inspire instructors, facilitators, and support staff to deliver exceptional client experiences.
• Ensure a welcoming and enriching atmosphere for all participants, maintaining the highest standards in customer care and attention to detail.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies and campaigns to increase attendance and engagement in events, classes, and retreats.
• Curate yearly retreats, up to six per year, from theme selection, partnering with facilitators to lead them to all areas of execution
• Manage event logistics, including venue setup, resource allocation, and vendor coordination, ensuring all aspects run seamlessly.
• Monitor and drive revenue through event participation and retreats, aligning with the companys financial goals.
• Maintain an up-to-date inventory of supplies and materials needed for classes, events and retreats while adhering to budget constraints.
• Handle client inquiries, feedback, and concerns with professionalism, making adjustments to services and programming to enhance satisfaction.
• Stay current with wellness trends and industry developments to introduce innovative ideas and improvements.
