Kualaifikasi- Laki - Laki- Usia max. 35 thn- Min. SMK Teknik Komputer jaringan dan S1 Teknik Informatika, computer science,teknik telekomunikasi,teknik elektro dengan nilai min. 85 & S1 min. IPK 3.00- Memiliki pengalaman min. 1 tahun di bidang yang sama- Diutamakan memiliki SIM A- Memiliki pengetahuan di bidang Fiber Optic, FTTH atau telekomunikasi / ISP- Memiliki keterampilan teknis yang baik- Memiliki kemampuan berkomunikasi yang baik.
Tanggung Jawab:- Melakukan aktivitas instalasi dan aktivasi layanan kepada pelanggan- Memberikan dukungan teknis kepada pelanggan, baik secara jarak jauh maupun di lokasi pelanggan- Memberikan solusi teknis untuk mendukung peralatan jaringan akses pelanggan- Memberikan informasi dan memastikan layanan pelanggan dapat digunakan dengan baik tanpa kendala- Memastikan pelanggan mengerti apabila terjadi kendala baik secara teknis atau non teknis- Memastikan layanan yang disediakan oleh perusahaan dapat diterima dengan baik oleh pelanggan
