Wellness by Solace is a leading wellness brand in Indonesia, offering luxury wellness equipment and bespoke solutions for residential and commercial clients. We are looking for an Executive Coordinator & Personal Assistant to directly support our CEO, helping to streamline both personal and business-related tasks. This role is about maximizing efficiency, improving coordination, and allowing the CEO to focus on high-level business strategy.
Who Were Looking For:
✔ 3-5 years of experience in administration, executive support, or business operations.✔ University graduate in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.✔ Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented—able to take ownership of tasks.✔ Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.✔ Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal in English & Indonesian).✔ Experience coordinating between departments, teams, and external contacts.✔ Ability to manage personal and professional tasks efficiently.✔ Must be based in Bali. This is an in-person role working between our offices in Kerobokan and Pererenan.
Your Responsibilities:
✔ Personal Support: Organize and manage personal life tasks to free up the CEOs time. This may include errands, purchasing items, scheduling home-related needs, and general organization.✔ Business Coordination: Relay messages, instructions, and follow-ups to managers and staff on behalf of the CEO to ensure seamless execution.✔ Administrative Execution: Handle sensitive admin-heavy tasks that require trust and confidentiality.✔ Information & Progress Tracking: Gather updates from various departments, ensure deadlines are met, and track ongoing projects without the CEO needing to micromanage.✔ Daily Prioritization & Problem-Solving: Take ownership of tasks that arise on short notice and manage them effectively.✔ Liaison & Communication: Serve as an extension of the CEO, ensuring smooth communication and alignment across the company.
