Job Descriptions:

  • Prepare design plan and/or review design plan from consultants, develop design details, and ensure design drawings are proper, complete, and accurate.
  • Coordinate with relevant parties with regard to design plan.
  • Prepare drawings necessary for projects planning & development permit/project tender.

Job Qualifications:

  • Minimum Bachelors degree, preferably in Architecture.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the architectural field, preferably with a consultant or developer focusing on high-rise building projects.
  • Strong expertise in architectural planning and design with the ability to oversee design/documentation teams and ensure detailed design resolution.
  • Proficient in developing concept design schemes.
  • Expert in AutoCAD and other relevant architectural software.
  • Willing to be placed in BSD City.
