SYARAT DAN KUALIFIKASI STAFF STORE ( WAJIB DIBACA & PAHAMI)

1. Pendidikan Min. SMA / SMK Sederajat, fresh graduated dipersilahkan melamar.

2. Jujur, Detail, Komunikatif dan bertanggung jawab dalam bekerja. Lebih disukai mampu berbahasa inggris.

3. Berorientasi pada pelayanan pelanggan dan memiliki keinginan mengembangkan diri dalam bekerja.

4. Memiliki kendaraan pribadi sepeda motor dan SIM C

5. Siap bekerja shift-time - 6 Hari Kerja dalam seminggu

6. Pelamar berada di Bali dan bersedia ditempatkan sesuai dengan kebutuhan perusahaan

7. Siap dan bersedia melaksanakan Stock Opname/ Inventory setelah closing store (maksimal pelaksaan 2x dalam 1 Bulan)

8. Tidak dalam keadaan hamil atau baru melahirkan

9. Siap ditempatkan di Wilayah KEBUTUHAN PERUSAHAAN : KUTA UTARA, DENPASAR, UBUD, KUTA SELATAN, TABANAN

TUGAS DAN TANGGUNG JAWAB STAFF STORE ( WAJIB DIBACA & PAHAMI)

1. Handling produk Food, non food, perishable dan fresh (buah & sayur)

2. Membantu Supervisor dalam menyelesaikan kerja di area yang sudah ditentukan

3. Memastikan pajangan produk rapih dan full display, dengan kualitas bagus ( tidak expired atau rusak)

4. Memberikan pelayanan terbaik kepada pelanggan, dengan Senyum, Salam, Sapa, Sopan, Santun dan Ramah

5. Ikut berpartisipasi saat dilakukannya proses Stock Opname/ Inventory di Store.

6. Melakukan pengecekan kualitas produk secara berkala dan rutin

7. Bekerjasama dengan tim dan antar departemen di store

8. Merawat perlengkapan kerja yang diberikan perusahaan

9. Menjaga asset perusahaan

  • 10. Bekerja mengikuti SOP yang berlaku
