About the role
We are seeking a talented Quality Control - Retail professional to join our team at PT Deus Ex Machina Indonesia, a leading manufacturer and distributor of quality consumer products. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction across our retail operations in Bandung, West Java.
What youll be doing
- Conducting thorough quality inspections of incoming goods and finished products to identify and resolve any defects or non-conformities
- Collaborating with production teams to implement quality control processes and identify opportunities for continuous improvement
- Maintaining detailed quality records and generating reports to track and analyse quality metrics
- Providing training and guidance to retail staff on proper handling and storage procedures to maintain product integrity
- Liaising with customers, suppliers and other stakeholders to address any quality-related concerns or complaints
- Staying up-to-date with industry regulations, quality standards and best practices
What were looking for
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a quality control or assurance role within the manufacturing, transport or logistics industries
- Strong understanding of quality management principles, tools and techniques
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in data analysis and report writing

- Effective communication and customer service skills
