Saat ini kami membutuhkan Tim Leader Produksi untuk Central Kitchen.

Kualifikasi :

  • Pendidikan minimal SMA/SMK Tata Boga atau sederajat
  • Usia Maximal 30 tahun
  • Berpengalaman atau fresh graduate diperbolehkan untuk mendaftar
  • Rajin dan Gesit
  • Penempatan Denpasar, Bali

Jobdesk :

  • Memastikan bahan produksi lengkap, bersih, dan sesuai standar operasional prosedur (SOP)
  • Mengatur dan mengawasi proses pengemasan hasil produksi sesuai standar
  • Membuat laporan hasil produksi harian
  • Memastikan kinerja operator dan crew produksi sesuai SOP
  • Membimbing, mengarahkan, dan mengawasi bawahan
  • Menyusun prosedur dan pencatatan dokumen di area kerja
