Job Description
  • Explore business prospects in Indonesia concerning the LNG/LCF Value-Chain and Renewable Energy sectors.
  • Conduct research to pinpoint emerging markets and partner requirements.
  • Schedule business discussions with potential partners.
  • Advocate for the companys business while addressing or anticipating partners objectives.
  • Draft NDA, MOU, Joint Development Agreements, ensuring compliance with legal regulations and guidelines, as required.
  • Cultivate enduring partnerships with potential collaborators.
  • Deliver transparent and factual reports to management.
  • Fulfill other assigned duties as necessary.
The Successful Applicant
  • Demonstrated employment history as a business development manager, investment manager, or in a relevant capacity.
  • Proven track record in M&A transactions or project development within the electrical power sector, IPP, or Oil & Gas infrastructure projects.
  • Essential experience in project finance.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Proficient in English.
  • Knowledgeable about the market.
  • Familiarity with contract review processes.
  • Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Capable of establishing rapport.
  • Effective time management and planning skills.
  • Able to maintain discretion and confidentiality.
