- Melakukan daily support untuk internal team tele marketing.

- Membuat log report problem daily, weekly & monthly

- Melakukan analisa dan rekomendasi dari root couse system yang digunakan team tele marketing dengan detail, sehingga muncul rekomendasi perbaikan jangka pendek dan jangka panjang.

- Membuat dokumentasi pengajuan pengembangan system.

- Melakukan koordinasi dengan PIC internal/eksternal (khususnya IT) departemen tele marketing terkait dengan project yang disusun dan dijalankan.
