KUALIFIKASI :

1. Minimal D3/S1 di bidang Teknik Sipil, Teknik Elektro, Teknik Mesin, atau bidang terkait.

2. Minimal 2-3 tahun pengalaman di bidang proyek konstruksi, infrastruktur, atau manufaktur.

3. Bersedia ditempatkan di lokasi proyek dengan mobilitas tinggi.

4. Memahami manajemen proyek dan spesifikasi proyek.

5. Menguasai software manajemen proyek (Ms. Project, Primavera, AutoCAD, dll).

JOB DESC :

1. Mengatur kebutuhan tenaga kerja, material, dan alat sesuai jadwal proyek.

2. Mengelola jadwal proyek dan memastikan pekerjaan berjalan sesuai timeline.

3. Berkoordinasi dengan tim internal (Business Operation Admin, Technical Site Engineer, Pekerja Lapangan) dan eksternal (Kontraktor, Vendor, Klien).

4. Mengawasi progress pekerjaan di lapangan sesuai spesifikasi dan standar kualitas.

5. Melakukan inspeksi berkala dan memastikan penggunaan material sesuai rencana.

6. Membuat laporan harian/mingguan/bulanan terkait progress proyek.

7. Mengelola administrasi proyek seperti surat perintah kerja, dan surat menyurat dengan pihak terkait.

8. Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi dan negosiasi yang baik.
