RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Achieve sales and profit targets in the assigned area
  • Oversee the sales process, including product delivery and stock management
  • Build and maintain strong customer & distributor relationships
  • Analyze sales performance and implement strategies to achieve targets
  • Develop and execute effective marketing strategies
  • Conduct customer visits to drive sales
  • Manage Sales Team (the Medical Representatives/ Marketing Executives) activity and productivity

QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelors degree in any field with a minimum GPA of 3.00 from a reputable university
  • At least 2 years of experience as a supervisor in the pharmaceutical or medical device industry
  • Strong knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry in Indonesia
  • Have a good selling skills and an understanding of distribution management
  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and customer engagement skills
  • Proficient in computer literacy and technologically savvy
  • Willingness to travel out of town as needed
  • Placement in Head Office Jakarta
