- Melakukan kegiatan pre-instalasi, instalasi, dan re-instalasi alat laborarotium / medis hingga melakukan after-sales service meliputi pemeliharaan dan perbaikan alat di customer maupun workshop.
- Memberikan informasi dan memberikan edukasi mengenai pemeliharaan berkala alat, kepada customer terkait dengan alat yang berada di customer.
- Melakukan pengecekan alat, uji kelayakan dan kalibrasi alat di gudang maupun customer
- Memastikan tim service memberikan respon yang tepat dan cepat dalam hal keluhan pelanggan dan after-sales service
- Memastikan tim teknisi melakukan jadwal maintenance rutin sesuai jadwal
- Mengupdate informasi terbaru terkait perkembangan metode yang berhubungan dengan produk
- Menyusun service-agreement bagi customer yang melakukan permintaan perbaikan
- Minimal lulusan D3 / S1 Teknik Elektromedik atau Teknik Biomedik.
- Pengalaman dalam bidang layanan teknis / pemeliharaan peralatan laboratorium / medis (minimal 3 tahun)
- Memiliki STR aktif
- Memiliki sertifikasi dalam pemeliharaan dan perbaikan alat medis / laboratorium
- Memiliki pemahaman mendalam tentang berbagai jenis peralatan laboratorium dan medis
- Pengalaman dengan perangkat lunak peralatan medis, alat diagnostik, dan peralatan uji.
- Memiliki keterampilan komunikasi yang baik, baik secara lisan maupun tulisan
- Keterampilan analitis dan pemecahan masalah yang kuat
- Bersedia melakukan perjalanan dinas ke seluruh Indonesia jika diperlukan
